Graduated at Creative Photography Institute of Silesian University in Opava. Since 1993 free-lance photographer. Besides his artist creation focused on photography – especially nudes, imaginative landscapes, dokumentary photography from life – he works in his own proffesional photographic studio (advertising, product, architectural and landscape photography). Cooperates with plenty of agencies, newspapers, magazines. Since 2000 curator of Gallery Atrium by Hotel Hvězda in Mariánské Lázně, where he organized more than 50 exhibitions of artists, photographers, graphic artists, ceramists. Regularly takes part in KontAKTfoto – international workshop of portrait and nude in Františkovy Lázně and other workshops organized mainly by Gallery 4. Member of Regional association of visual artists KV 95 and Union of visual artists of Czech Republic. Lives and works in Mariánské Lázně.
