Gathered exhibition by the member of the group “Český dřevák” that has dissolved in 2009.”He is currently working with various photographic formats and techniques, beginning with flat films 18×24 cm and ending with digital camera. He had started from romantic images, being influenced with masters of large-scale photography and gradually becoming closer with surrealism and minimalism.

With landscape motives, that are most numerable, he tends to be romantic. Pictures from wandering capture places proud and abandoned, the details, still lifes and other. His cycle “Unresolved deaths” has the slowest pace of creation process - it is a collection of photographies of animals that had met death and afterward met him.

He travels often, has visited Siberia, Southern America, Maroco, middle Asia, far east, Mongolia multiple times. If we add his travels together, he had spent more than a year outside his fatherland, the Czech Republic.

In the years between 1997 and 2009, he attended around fourty exhibitions in Czech Republic and abroad.

He lives and takes pictures as a freelancer in Prague.”
