International workshop of portrait and art nude takes place annualy on November since 1996 in Františkovy Lázně and is intended for photographers and university students. It is oriented towards figural, staged photography and classical and modern art nude and portrait. This year was attended by 16 photographers, mainly professionals from Czech Republic, Slovenia, Russia and France, including lectors from past runs: Vladimír Židlický and Miro Švolík. Martin H. M. Schreiber, american photographer with Czech ancestors accepted invitation thanks to the succesful exhibition in Gallery 4 in Cheb - “Madonna and cowboys” (also nominated as a Cultural event of the region for the year 2008). He was also the lector of the whole workshop.
